About Us
We live and work in the Okavango Delta, one of Africa's last true wild places. It's not just our office—it's our home, our inspiration, and the heartbeat of what we do.
While Botswana is our base, our reach extends across the region. We regularly facilitate productions across borders in South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe, and up to Rwanda, Uganda and Kenya, bringing the same level of professionalism, creativity, and care wherever we go. We don’t assume to know everything and always partner with trusted colleagues on the ground.
Our Backstory
Our journey began in Hollywood feature films, drama series, and corporate productions. Those early years sharpened our eye for storytelling and taught us how to manage large crews, demanding locations and complex, fast-changing dynamics.
As AfriScreen, we've built on that foundation with over 40 years of wildlife filming and animal behaviour knowledge, countless complex shoots in remote locations, and a lifetime of bushcraft, wilderness know-how, and uniquely African logistical problem-solving skills.
We've produced our own documentaries for the BBC, filmed hundreds of wildlife sequences for global broadcasters, and provided full-spectrum facilitation across diverse genres.
